SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Purchases made online are to be collected at the store of your choice on the day designated for pickup. Please beware that for food safety reasons, we can only store any order cake in our fridge for a maximum of 2 days starting from the pickup date. The cake will be disposed after 2 days.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Please note that the credit card transactions will be processed through Fatzebra; credit card numbers are not stored on our servers to ensure your security.

All checkout pages with the http://www.breadtop.com.au/store/ website are sent over SSL/TLS connections. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology (the successor technology to SSL) protect communications by using both server authentication and data encryption. This ensures that user data in transit is safe, secure, and available only to intended recipients.

ORDERING

Please make every endeavor to ensure that the product type, message, pick-up date, and nominated store are correct before you place your order. Once you've confirmed, the order will be charged to your account and delivered to the nominated Breadtop outlet as ordered.

Please present a valid order confirmation email upon the collection of products.

Personal data collected during ordering will be used to process your purchase orders.

Acceptance of payment will not be deemed as acceptance of our order. Breadtop reserves all rights (including without limitation to rejecting customer’s order) with notice

Photos are for reference only. The product's colour may vary from the photos in different lighting and environment. Products are subject to change without prior notice. The photo shown refers to the minimum size of the cake; the cake's appearance will be changed when it is enlarged.

Breadtop has the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time and from time to time and the website version will prevail.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Customers may be able to change or cancel their order by email to vic@breadtop.com.au and get a confirmation two business days before pick up. Please note that an admin fee of $5.50 will apply for any changes, and a cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply to any cancellation. Breadtop will arrange the refund net of the cancellation fee to your nominated card. Without an email confirmation from us, the order cannot be changed/cancelled.

 

Refund

Please check the cake before leaving the pickup store. Where the cake is damaged or different from what you have ordered, leave the cake with the pickup store and inform the staff you will like a refund. Alternatively, if there is a quality issue with the cake and you would like a refund, please return the cake to the pickup store with the order details. The total amount will be refunded to the purchased card within 7 business days.
